14th Busan International Comedy Festival

Founded in 2013 as Asia's first international comedy festival, this festival brings together the world's finest comedians to celebrate cross-border humor. Diverse programming: opening gala with red carpet and high-level comedy shows at BEXCO; theatrical performances in multiple cinema and concert halls featuring top domestic and international troupes; street performances and magic shows in Haeundae and North Harbor; online seminar on YouTube; and special exhibition honoring the centennial of artist Gu Bong-seo. The festival celebrates K-comedy as a distinctive cultural form and discovers emerging talent in the field.
