On October 10th, Sangsu-dong's alleyways become a festival stage featuring street performances, fun runs, hands-on activities, and a flea market. Organized and hosted by Cultural Topography Research Institute (CTR), sponsored by Seoul Metropolitan Government, this laid-back event celebrates the neighborhood's vibrant character from 2 PM to 9 PM.
