방혜자 - 천지에 마음의 빛 뿌리며 간다
This exhibition dedicated to Bang Hye-ja (1937–2022), a pioneering artist who drew nourishment from both French and Korean cultures, showcases her major works spanning her entire career. Part of celebrations marking the 140th anniversary of Korea-France diplomatic relations in 2026, the exhibition brings together collections from the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea alongside French-based works never before shown in Korea. Through a comprehensive approach, the exhibition explores the life and worldview of an artist for whom light served as a perpetual wellspring of inspiration, inviting visitors to trace her varied pictorial experiments and artistic insights.
