The 30th Ulsan Whale Festival runs from October 15 to 18, 2026, in Jangseungpo, transforming its whaling heritage into a celebration of ecological coexistence. Themed "The Whale's Invitation, Party for 30 Years," it features a spectacular fireworks display, whale parade, thematic concerts, and a 300-voice citizen chorus.
