Yecheon Archery Festival

예천활축제

This three-day festival (October 30 - November 1) at Hancheon Sports Park celebrates Yecheon's storied archery heritage. Visitors can experience both sport archery (yanggoong) and traditional archery (gugung), compete in exciting team-based tournaments, and enjoy specialized activities for children including bow-making workshops and adhesive-arrow games. The festival features an archery playground with bounces and sand areas, live concerts including the Archery Concert and traditional Korean music performances, a nationwide dance championship, and food vendors. The event concludes with the Yecheon Agricultural Festival and provincial lifelong learning showcase.
