The 23rd Buyeo Chrysanthemum Festival runs October 30 – November 8, 2026, centered on the historic Gungnam-ji site. Themed "Chrysanthemums: Pieces of Autumn's Puzzle," it weaves together the flower's natural beauty with Baekje's ancient history and culture. The festival grounds feature five thematic zones showcasing unique chrysanthemum installations, including arrangements inspired by the iconic Baekje Incense Burner and Sabi steles found nowhere else in Korea. Programming includes chrysanthemum exhibitions, opening ceremony, workshops such as traditional tea ceremony, regional specialty sales, and small-scale busking performances.
