Ground Forces Festival

The 2026 Ground Forces Festival, South Korea's largest military cultural event hosted by the Army, runs October 1–5 at Gyeryongdae airfield. Themed "The Korean Army Protecting Citizens' Daily Lives," the festival showcases modern combat equipment with ride-alongs, demonstrates Army TIGER+ systems and AI-driven drone performances, and allows visitors to experience military policies through simulations and exhibitions. Attendees enjoy diverse military cultural performances including military band concerts, taekwondo demonstrations, military police shows, and artistic team performances, along with interactive experiences such as combat equipment trials and military motorcycle rides.
