This performing arts festival showcases traditional Korean street theater, blending satire, wit, and cultural energy with a contemporary touch. Since its debut in 2024, it has grown with the support of Gwangmyeong residents and enters its third year. The festival features approximately 30 street and fusion theater productions, 21 solo performances, circus acts, and street performances. Free participatory events, food markets, forums, and workshops on traditional arts and games enhance the experience. The municipal stadium becomes an open stage where artists and audiences share laughter and connection around this living heritage.
