Citizens Creative Arts Festival - Haksan Madang-nori

Since 2014, this citizen-created arts festival empowers residents to compose and perform their own productions. Rooted in local themes and personal stories, the festival showcases remarkable artistic diversity: creative theater, masked dance, nanta (percussion), puppet theater, and musical performances.
