Janghang Liriope Flower Festival
장항 맥문동 꽃 축제
Janghang Songnim Forest Park, visited by approximately one million people annually, is Korea's largest liriope forest, featuring six million plants flourishing across 280,000 m² of coastal pine woodland. The festival celebrates this unique ecosystem through cultural performances, interactive programs, and hands-on workshops: craft a terrarium diffuser, make resin figurines, bake forest-inspired pastries, enjoy an invigorating ice foot soak, or splash in a dedicated children's water area. Craft fairs, exhibitions of Chungcheongnam-do traditional crafts, and regional specialty sales enhance the experience, with food trucks run by young entrepreneurs.
