The Archive collects, preserves, and provides services for all materials related to film, and operates various public facilities to enable everyone to easily and enjoyably appreciate audiovisual culture. Cinematheque KOFA screens classic, artistic, and independent films from Korea and around the world, while the Korean Film Museum allows visitors to directly experience the history of Korean cinema. The Audiovisual Library provides access to the country's largest collection of film materials, and the Archive also conducts research and publication projects, operates traveling film screenings, and manages various online services including Korean classic film VOD.
