2026 금남로 차 없는 거리 ‘걷자잉’

This annual event transforms Geumnam-ro into a pedestrian zone on the first Saturday of each month from April to November 2026, supporting Gwangju's commitment to sustainable urban mobility through public transport, cycling and walking. The program features permanent installations including board game zones, a reading lounge and children's play areas, alongside monthly activities such as concerts, street markets, yoga classes, youth sports tournaments and outdoor cinema nights.
