The 2nd Chungcheongbuk-do Garden Expo takes place at Yongdu Park from October 15–18, 2026, celebrating the region's renowned gugak (traditional Korean music) heritage and fruit production. Beyond a traditional exhibition, the event features garden displays, participation activities and gugak performances. Running concurrently with the Nanggyae Gugak Music Festival, the expo offers an horticultural industry showcase, interactive experience zones, a flea market, cultural performances and community-designed garden displays submitted through public calls. Visitors enjoy additional activities including puppet shows, time-challenge games, treasure hunts, bubble performances and plant identification contests.
