Under the theme 'A New Cultural Rush', Hancheon-ro transforms into a pedestrian cultural and artistic street spanning 700 meters. The entire road becomes a vibrant festival space filled with performances, workshops, and participatory programs that celebrate the street's history—from its use by cavalry in the Joseon dynasty to its role as the heart of Korea's modern automotive industry, now evolving into a cultural hub. Visitors become active participants through unique attractions including a quirky roller skating rink, pop-up shops in converted vehicles, and street performances featuring circus acts, mime, and puppet theater.
