동강둠칫

Donggang Doomchit is a natural lifestyle festival created to celebrate Youth Day in Yeongwol in 2026. Bringing together young entrepreneurs and regional brands on the banks of the Donggang River, the festival weaves together a full day of immersive experiences: the Donggang Garden provides a peaceful space for reading and contemplation amid nature, while the Youth Market showcases young local brands and lifestyle products. The Donggang Food Club highlights regional cuisine crafted from local ingredients, and Geungol Radio connects the area's radio culture, local stories, listener testimonies, and music. Live performances feature artists such as Byeon Seon-hee, Seoul Bossa Society, Ssowat Nolla, and others, alongside interactive workshops including bird watching, mindfulness activities, hula dancing, and caricature-making, creating a cohesive day-long experience of Yeongwol's nature, youth culture, and gastronomy.
