Held annually in September, the Nam-gu Youth Arts Festival supports emerging artists and expands local cultural engagement. The 2026 edition features an exhibition of 104 young artists from leading art universities, showcasing painting, media, visual design, craft design, and webtoon work at Daeduk Culture Hall. The Fringe FESTA runs September 1–4 for smaller collectives, while the main youth arts festival features major performances on September 10–11. All events are free and open to visitors age five and up.
