Oh~ Sensory Art Museum

오~감각미술관

An interactive exhibition where children and families experience art through all their senses. Beyond the conventional idea that 'a museum is a place to look,' this exhibition awakens the five senses—sight, smell, taste, hearing, and touch—for a freer and more joyful encounter with contemporary art. The exhibition features the artistic worlds of three artists: Kkak, Um Junggsun, and Ham Jin, providing diverse sensory experiences: listening to rustling paper and watching shadows, gently holding artworks, observing miniature worlds through magnifying glasses. Rhythmic music and ambient scents enrich the atmosphere. With no set path, visitors explore freely and discover surprises throughout the space. Open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 5:30pm (closed Mondays and January 1st).

🎟️ How to book — Official museum site

  1. 1

Check opening hours on the museum's official site

Many Korean national museums close one day a week, often Mondays — worth checking before you make the trip.

  2. 2

Book a time slot for the most popular exhibitions

The most anticipated temporary exhibitions sometimes limit access to online time-slot reservations, especially on weekends.

  3. 3

    Permanent collections are often free

Only certain special or temporary exhibitions charge admission — the permanent collection itself is free to enter at most national museums.

  4. 4

Book ahead for groups or guided tours

School groups and guided tours generally need to be booked directly with the museum ahead of the visit.
