The 3rd Seongbuk Street Culture Festival Dada Festa celebrates the vibrant culture of Seongbuk district, bringing together new residents and longtime community members around the Jangwi New Town area. The festival features diverse programs including street performances by university students, local young artists, and community groups; a K-ARTS marketplace showcasing creations by students from Korea National University of the Arts; a handcraft market featuring local craft communities; a food market; a children's flea market; local community organization booths; and experiential activities created by festival school participants.
