Welcome To Singwan-dong is a vibrant street festival centered on youth culture, held along Daehak Avenue in Singwan-dong. Launched in 2022, it has progressively expanded to feature street performances, busking competitions, urban performances, beer festivals, flea markets, and interactive workshops. The 2026 edition (October 9-11) highlights national performance teams, local youth and young adult performers, community-based business programs, and regional currency coupon events, all designed to revitalize the neighborhood in conjunction with the Baekje Cultural Festival.
