The steps
- 1
Use YES24 Global, not the Korean site
ticket.yes24.com/Pages/English — the official English version, built for foreign buyers. Don't start from the Korean site (ticket.yes24.com): switching it to English mid-flow is unreliable.
- 2
Sign up with just an email
Signup is email and password, no Korean phone number — unlike Melon, YES24 Global runs its own accounts instead of routing through a Korean third party.
- 3
Pick seats on the interactive seating chart
The seating chart is in English on the global site, with price tiers shown directly on the seats. Pay with an international card once your selection is confirmed.
- 4
Collect tickets at the venue on show day
Bring your passport and booking number to the box office — most venues don't offer mobile ticket delivery for international accounts.
💡 Good to know
The global version lists fewer events than the Korean one: if a show isn't there, you'll need the Korean site (or one of our other platform guides).
